We are pleased to offer an exchange service to our customers in the UAE. If you are not completely satisfied with the size or model you have purchased, you can simply request an exchange within 24 hours after receiving your order. Exchange requests can be made via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp at wa.link/cprh2q
How do I request an exchange?
After communicating with us via WhatsApp, our courier will deliver your new item and collect the old one within two working days.
How much does the exchange service cost?
While we offer free 2-day delivery for all orders, our exchange requests cost a fixed rate of AED30.
How many times can I exchange?
To protect the value of our products, exchange requests can only be made one time.
Refund
Please note that once the customer receives the order, they will no longer have the right to request a refund or return.
