We are pleased to offer an exchange service to our customers in the UAE. If you are not completely satisfied with the size or model you have purchased, you can simply request an exchange within 3 daya after receiving your order. Exchange requests can be made via email at sales@turkista.ae or through WhatsApp at wa.link/cprh2q
How do I request an exchange?
After communicating with us via WhatsApp, our courier will deliver your new item and collect the old one within two working days.
How much does the exchange service cost?
While we provide free next-day delivery for all orders, our exchange requests incur a fixed rate of AED 30.
How many times can I exchange?
To uphold the value of our products, customers are allowed to initiate an exchange request only once. This policy is in place to ensure that the exchange process maintains the quality and integrity of our merchandise.
Refund
Kindly note that once your order is received, the option to request a refund or return is no longer available. Our commitment is to deliver products that exceed your expectations.
