UAE Customers

We offer a free 2 days delivery for all our customers in the UAE. Some orders might take a bit longer if the address is considered a far area. In all conditions, we advise our customers to contact our WhatsApp support to confirm the delivery date. 

Once you place the order, you will be contacted by IQ Fulfillment to confirm your location and suitable timings. To avoid any delay in your order’s delivery, make sure to input your correct home address, phone number, and every other detail that will be required.

All our orders are shipped the next working day. During the checkout process, customers are required to input their complete and comprehensive address and contact details. Any missed details will halt the shipment and cause it to be delivered late. Your complete address, including city, area, building/house information, and mobile number, are critical for seamless delivery.

If there is any misunderstanding during the delivery process, the courier will call the customer directly for guidance. If you do not answer the phone, the delivery will be delayed until the next working day.

As stated above, your shipment may arrive late if the courier can’t get across to you or if you input the wrong address. Forces of nature, global and national holidays are other factors that may delay your shipment.

International Customers

After the bank approval of your order, your orders will be given to cargo company within 1-2 business day(s) (Mon – Fri). After cargo company receives your order, your parcel is delivered within 1 – 4 working days. The delivery periods for the addresses far away from headquarters, may differ according to delivery address.

In case of any problem in delivery due to the reason that our company cannot process your order, we will reach out to you by using various communication channels provided by you during your registration. That is why it is extremely important for you to fill out your personal details correctly. Also, please note that, we do not offer deliveries on public holidays.

All your orders will be delivered by contracted freight carriers under guarantee. You can check the shipping cost while you are at the checkout page. is an online shopping platform that enables multiple users to shop at the same time. In some cases, two different consumers can buy the same product and then stock of the product may run out. In such circumstances;

If you pay online and purchased an item that run out of stock, your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock (between 4 – 20 days). If the product cannot be delivered within this period, you will be fully refunded.

We strive to ensure all sold items are of highest standard and quality. However, if you have complaint about faulty or damaged items please refer to our Return Policy and contact us right away.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


Once your order is in transit, you will be notified of your shipment status via SMS. A tracking ID will be attached to your order.
