Free Delivery

We offer free 2-day delivery to customers in the UAE, although some orders may take longer if the address is in a far area.

After you place your order, IQ Fulfillment (Turkista’s courier partner) will contact you to confirm your location and preferred delivery time. To avoid any delays, please provide your correct home address, phone number, and other required details.

All orders are shipped the next working day, and customers must provide their complete address and contact information during checkout. Missing details can cause delays in delivery. Your complete address, including city, area, building/house information, and mobile number, are essential for smooth delivery.

If there are any issues during the delivery process, the courier will call you directly for instructions. If you miss the call, the delivery will be delayed until the next working day. Please note that shipments may also be delayed due to natural disasters, global or national holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


After your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS notification with a tracking ID to monitor its progress. Please ensure that you have provided the correct mobile number and are available to answer calls or call back if you miss them. An email will also be sent to you with the estimated delivery time. International Customers

After the bank approves your order, your orders will be given to the cargo company within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). After the cargo company receives your order, your parcel will be delivered within 1 – 4 working days. The delivery period for addresses far away from headquarters may differ according to the delivery address.

In case of any delivery problems due to the reason that our company cannot process your order, we will contact you using various communication channels provided by you during your registration. That is why it is extremely important for you to fill out your personal details correctly. Also, please note that we do not offer deliveries on public holidays.

All your orders will be delivered by contracted freight carriers under the guarantee. You can check the shipping cost while you are on the checkout page. is an online shopping platform that enables multiple users to shop at the same time. In some cases, two different consumers can buy the same product and then the stock of the product may run out. In such circumstances:

If you pay online and purchase an item that is out of stock, your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock (between 4 – 20 days). If the product cannot be delivered within this period, you will be fully refunded.
