Delivery & Tracking

We offer a free next-day delivery for all our customers in the UAE. To avoid any delay in your order’s delivery, make sure to input your correct home address, phone number, and every other detail that will be required.

How it Works

All our orders are shipped the next working day.  During the checkout process, customers are required to input their complete and comprehensive address and contact details. Any missed details will halt the shipment and cause it to be delivered late. Your complete address, including city, area, building/house information, and mobile number, are critical for seamless delivery.

If there is any misunderstanding during the delivery process, the courier will call the customer directly for guidance. If you do not answer the phone, the delivery will be delayed until the next working day.

Shipping Delays

As stated above, your shipment may arrive late if the courier can’t get across to you or if you input the wrong address. Forces of nature, global and national holidays are other factors that may delay your shipment.

Tracking

Once your order is in transit, you will be notified of your shipment status via email and text message. A tracking ID will be attached to your order.

Please make sure to provide your correct mobile number and be available to answer our call or call back if you missed it.

From the email you will receive from us concerning your order, you will know the estimated time of arrival. Feel free to reach out to us if your shipment is taking longer than necessary.
