We offer a free next-day delivery to all our UAE customers (if the order was placed before 3pm). We also offer an express worldwide shipping to all our customers who are living outside the UAE. Our international orders are dispatched within 24 hrs after placing the order. We deal with the best courier (DHL) to delivery your order as soon as possible.

UAE Customers: We offer a next-day delivery to all our UAE customers (if the order was placed before 12pm).

International Customers: We work with the fastest courier companies like DHL to delivery orders to our worldwide customers. International express delivery will usually take 4-5 working days.

During the checkout process, customers are required to input their complete and comprehensive address and contact details. Any missed details will halt the shipment and cause it to be delivered late. Your complete address, including city, area, building/house information, and mobile number, are critical for seamless delivery. If there is any misunderstanding during the delivery process, the courier will call the customer directly for guidance. If you do not answer the phone, the delivery will be delayed until the next working day.

Customers in the UAE can request to exchange their purchased item within one day after receiving the product. The customer should forward this request by email to or through WhatsApp to +971509794769.

The exchange cost is AED30 per order.
